Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Sözleşme"), Eduly Games mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Uygulama, IMF Traders Kozmetik ve Tekstil Ürünleri Ltd. Şti. ("Şirket") tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır.

Eduly Games, 4-12 yaş arası çocuklar için tasarlanmış bir kelime öğrenme uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, oyun tabanlı etkileşimli kelime öğrenme deneyimi sunar. Ebeveyn tarafından oluşturulan hesap ile çocuk profilleri yönetilir; çocuklar doğrudan kişisel veri sağlamaz.
Uygulama ücretsiz temel özellikler ve ücretli Premium abonelik sunar:
Ödemeler, Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Abonelik yönetimi ve iptali, cihazınızın ayarlarından veya ilgili uygulama mağazası üzerinden yapılabilir. İptal sonrası dönem sonuna kadar Premium özellikler aktif kalır.
Ödeme, satın alma onayı ile Apple ID veya Google hesabınıza bağlı ödeme yöntemine faturalandırılır.
Ücretsiz deneme süresi sunulması halinde, deneme süresi sonunda abonelik otomatik olarak ücretli plana geçer. Deneme süresinin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde ücretlendirme başlar.
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymanız gerekmektedir:
Uygulamadaki tüm içerik (kelime veritabanları, görseller, sesler, tasarım öğeleri, yazılım kodu) Şirket'in mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır. Bu içeriklerin izinsiz kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya değiştirilmesi yasaktır.
Eduly Games, çocuk gizliliğini ciddiye alır. Uygulama COPPA (ABD), GDPR (AB) ve KVKK (Türkiye) düzenlemelerine uygundur.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Şirket, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Şirket, uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı, özel veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Şirket, bu Kullanım Koşullarını herhangi bir zamanda güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta yoluyla duyurulur. Güncellenen koşulları kabul etmemeniz halinde uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakmanız gerekmektedir.
Şirket, bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Hesap sonlandırılması halinde aktif aboneliğiniz dönem sonuna kadar geçerli kalır.

Bu Sözleşme, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Eduly Games mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is developed and published by IMF Traders Kozmetik ve Tekstil Ürünleri Ltd. Şti. ("Company").

Eduly Games is a word-learning application designed for children ages 4–12. The App provides an interactive, game-based word-learning experience. Accounts are created by parents; children do not provide personal data directly.
The App offers free basic features and paid Premium subscriptions:
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your device settings or the respective app store. Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Payment is charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google account upon purchase confirmation.
If a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period. Charges begin unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
When using the App, you must:
All content in the App (word databases, graphics, audio, design elements, software code) is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of this content is prohibited.
Eduly Games takes children's privacy seriously. The App complies with COPPA (US), GDPR (EU), and KVKK (Turkey) regulations.

The App is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of the App.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In the event of termination, your active subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing period.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Eduly Games ist eine Wortlern-App für Kinder im Alter von 4–12 Jahren. Die App bietet ein interaktives, spielbasiertes Wortlernerlebnis. Konten werden von Eltern erstellt; Kinder geben keine persönlichen Daten direkt an.
Die App bietet kostenlose Grundfunktionen und kostenpflichtige Premium-Abonnements:
Zahlungen werden über den Apple App Store oder Google Play Store abgewickelt. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, es sei denn, sie werden mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt.
Die Abonnementverwaltung und -kündigung kann über die Geräteeinstellungen oder den jeweiligen App Store erfolgen. Premium-Funktionen bleiben nach der Kündigung bis zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv.
Falls eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten wird, geht das Abonnement am Ende der Testphase automatisch in einen kostenpflichtigen Plan über. Die Gebühren beginnen, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der Testphase gekündigt wird.
Alle Inhalte der App (Wortdatenbanken, Grafiken, Audio, Designelemente, Softwarecode) sind Eigentum des Unternehmens und durch Urheberrechtsgesetze geschützt.
Eduly Games nimmt den Datenschutz von Kindern ernst. Die App entspricht COPPA (USA), DSGVO (EU) und KVKK (Türkei).

Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Das Unternehmen garantiert nicht, dass die App unterbrechungsfrei oder fehlerfrei funktioniert.
Das Unternehmen behält sich das Recht vor, diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu aktualisieren. Wesentliche Änderungen werden über In-App-Benachrichtigungen oder E-Mail mitgeteilt.
Das Unternehmen behält sich das Recht vor, Ihr Konto bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen zu sperren oder zu kündigen. Bei Kündigung bleibt Ihr aktives Abonnement bis zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums gültig.

Diese Vereinbarung unterliegt dem Recht der Republik Türkei. Für Streitigkeiten sind die Gerichte und Vollstreckungsbehörden in Istanbul zuständig.
